Model & Hotelier
I work with hotels, at hotels, for hotels already more than 12 years.
During this time:
- I’ve visited 900+ hotels in different countries
- graduated international program IHG (InterContinental Hotel Group) and I’ve been granted European certificate of hospitality expertise
- worked with international chain hotels in Russia, Turkey, Germany, Cyprus, Maldives
Now I’m glad to share my experience with others. I help hotels to improve quality of service and finance results as consequence, as well as guest loyalty and brand recognition which are so important because hotels do not sell just rooms services but much more: impressions, feelings and emotions…
