Photo and video shooting for a hotel:
- 1,5-2 hours of model’s and photographer’s work, interior shooting of the best hotel’s locations
- 20-50 professionally edited photos all initial content
- 3-5 short video for social media -photos and video posting on web site and social media, short promo description of a hotel

Consulting services for hotels:
Consultation:
- app 2 hours of professional consultation regarding main specific operation procedures, discussing ways for increasing the service quality, recommendations for more effective managing the hotel and upgrowth the sales strategy, analysis strength, weaknesses and opportunities for the future development
Price is 1 night rate of the highest room category (~1.5 hour)
Service audit:
- 1-2 nights accommodation, analysis of guest experience and working standards of contact hotel departments during reservation and accommodation, in few days later the hotel receive the brief report with detailed analysis of the weaknesses and strengths, point to growth for the hotel, lost profits and foregone earnings as well as straight recommendations for improvement the customer service, increasing profits and guest loyalty.
Price is negotiable
(Up to 7 nights rate of the highest room category)
Crisis management:
- 1-1.5 months of work of an independent hotel specialist at the hotel, analysis of the work of front and back offices, general business processes, departments interaction
- identifying critical areas in management, lost profits and foregone earnings, points of growth and optimisation for the team in order to increase the profitability of the facility
- employee training, development of a motivation system for the staff, analysis and adjustment of service standards
- analysis of the sales system in the hotel, testing and implementation of alternative sales tools
- building a long-term strategy for optimising business processes
